Return & Refund Policy

Everyone has regrets sometimes. While it may be hard for us to see why, you could have a reason for needing to return your items. If this is the case, please follow these simple steps:

1.      Check the item(s)

All items and merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. All items and merchandise must not be used. All warranty cards must not be filled. Please take care to repackage and ensure original condition in order to avoid unnecessary shipping expenses.

2.      Contact us:

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We must authorize the return of your merchandise before it is shipped. Unauthorized returns will be shipped back to you at your expense. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days all sales are final, and all merchandise will be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

3.      Return your item(s):

Once we have authorized the return, ship your item(s) back to us. We will inspect the items and issue a refund where applicable. Only items returned in the original condition and packaging will be refunded. All shipping cost are your responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions have not been met, and any such items will be returned to you at your expense.
