At Mountain View Granary we believe it is best to bake with pure flour as fresh as possible. If you do not have your own mill, we can make it for you!
 
Because we believe freshness is desireable, we only mill the flour when an order is placed and right before we ship it. This way we maximize the quality of the flour. There is NOTHING ADDED OR REMOVED. We simply mill the whole grains, package and ship.
